I don’t do the ghee shot, of course, but yes, I’ve noticed so many improvements. Especially the oiling! I know that in this post I said I would not continue it, but now it has become one of my favorite things. I think it not only protects my skin — which Ayurveda points out is your largest organ — but it helps me feel calmer too. Since writing this post, and since you posted your comment [yikes, sorry it has taken me so long to respond!], I’ve written about my progress.
Interesting! How’d you like it? Do you still do this? Noticed any perks– increased mentail faculties, enhanced digestive fire? Hmmm!
